Magic! Just kidding – though seriously, it can sometimes feel like magic. Having a coach is like having a personal trainer for your brain, body, and soul. I spot you as you experiment and practice taking steps toward change. I help keep you on track, making sure the metaphorical weights you lift are neither too light to make a difference nor so heavy you can’t do it. I support you in tracking your progress and celebrating accomplishments along the way. Coaching works because when you commit to weekly coaching, you’re committing to working consistently on the changes you want to make in your life with the support of someone who is an expert in transformation.
Often, we think we know why we are stuck, but we still stay stuck because making the change feels too difficult. Then, we judge ourselves for not being able to do the one thing that would surely help us successfully achieve our goal. We get in our own way.
My job as your coach is to see through your muck and identify what’s really getting in the way, what patterns you’ve honed over a lifetime that are standing between you and your goals. Particularly when trying to interrupt the stress response cycle, I quite literally interrupt you when you are exhibiting stress and help you practice the tools of interrupting that cycle so that you can build your resiliency muscles and start re-wiring your brain in real time.
Working with me can help speed up the process of attaining your goals or getting unstuck because you won’t be doing it alone. I’ll be accompanying you. I will make sure you don’t give up on yourself or get too busy and distracted to focus on your dreams. I’ll help you see yourself through a different lens, so you can gain a deeper perspective on what’s actually possible for you (which, most likely, is beyond your wildest imaginings). When you falter and lose belief in yourself – hey, it happens! – I’ll hold that belief for you and support you in continuing to move forward.
First of all, let’s take a moment to acknowledge your own tenacity in the pursuit of your dreams. If you have tried many other tools, resources, etc. to try to get what you want and have not had success, it’s understandable that you would be reluctant to add one more to the list. You may be feeling a bit defeated, hopeless, angry, sad … any number of tough emotions.
And still, you are here.
When you come to the consultation, bring to me everything you’ve already tried, why you think it didn’t work, and also why you are still not giving up. And together, we’ll figure out if coaching with me is the next right step in your journey.
No, coaching is not therapy. Sometimes it can feel like it because emotions do come up in coaching, and we don’t ignore them. However, I do not diagnose medical issues or prescribe medications in coaching, nor will we emphasize the past in our sessions. The focus is coaching is on ensuring you make continuous forward progress toward your goals. If you are currently in therapy, coaching can be a great compliment!
Good question! We all have extraordinary untapped potential. Designed by iPEC, The ELI is a one-of-a-kind assessment—coupled with a debrief with me!—to take something abstract (the way you experience the world) and turn it into a tangible metric with profound and practical insights you can use to reshape your worldview and transform your life into the ideal one you envision. As your Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I’ll connect you with the simple online assessment, which takes about 20 minutes to complete. Once the results are in, I’ll guide you through a one-on-one ELI debrief session. During this personalized session, we’ll dive deep into your results and uncover a clear path to awakening your potential—and creating a life in alignment with your goals.

Excellent question! The purpose of a consultation is for both of us to get some information and choose whether or not coaching with me is the right fit for you. On the call, I’ll start by asking you some questions to learn where you’re seeking support, what you’ve already tried (if anything) in the past, and what you hope to get out of coaching. Then, I’ll share some information with you about the coaching process I would take you through if we choose to work together. You’ll have an opportunity to get answers to any questions you have. By the end of the call, the goal is for us to come to a choice. If the choice is yes, then we’ll book the first coaching session right away! Hooray!
