I\u2019m Suzy Kratzig, Coach, Trainer, and Creator of Wise Women: Rise, Empower, Thrive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For over 20 years, I\u2019ve worked with women in education and nonprofit spaces, witnessing the deep wisdom we all carry yet often overlook. We\u2019ve been conditioned to second-guess ourselves, to downplay our strengths, to push through stress without pause. I\u2019ve lived this too, caught in the tension between who I thought I should be and who I truly am. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A personal journey of healing led me to the practices I now share. After experiencing a major trauma, I sought mind-body techniques, trauma-informed tools, and energy leadership principles that helped me shift my relationship with stress, fear, and self-trust. Along the way, I became a Certified Professional Coach, an Energy Leadership\u2122 Index Master Practitioner, and a Licensed Facilitator of TIMBo, a Trauma-Informed Mind-Body program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than anything, I believe in the power of intuition and connection. It\u2019s what led me to trust my gut and collect hitchhiking stories in Mexico, France, West Africa, and even a city in the U.S. It\u2019s how I\u2019ve found myself deep in conversation with strangers across continents. And it\u2019s how, years later, I met my scientist husband, who responded to a Chogyam Trungpa quote on my Tinder profile. We connected instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, life is a mix of structure and spontaneity. I fit dog walks in between client sessions and boogie in the kitchen with my husband and my six year old whenever the mood strikes. Our home is a lived-in oasis of bold colors, vibrant art, books, and joyful chaos – a place where shoes pile up by the door, the dog barks a greeting, and deep conversation is always welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These days, I don\u2019t travel as far, and adventure still finds me – in my writing, in playing with my daughter, in the stories I hear from the women I work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my work, my goal is to create a welcoming space, where women can reconnect with their inner wisdom, be seen, and be heard. I believe that no matter how disconnected we feel from our power, it\u2019s always there, waiting to be reclaimed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I am a Certified Professional Life Coach and a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index Assessment<\/a> through iPEC<\/a>. I am also a Licensed and Certified Facilitator of the TIMBo (Trauma-Informed Mind Body) program<\/a>. I have a Master of Arts in International Education from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages from The Colorado College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
